Toronto. Canada’s rich cultural mosaic, where half the population is made up of immigrants from over eighty countries. ‘Toronto on a Plate’ guides us to Little India (The Siddartha), Greektown (Avli), Chinatown (Bright Pearl), Kensington Market, Little Italy (Cafe Diplomatico), Koreatown (Buk Chang Dong Soon To Fu), Portugal Village (Pavao Delicatessen), Bathurst (Gryfe’s Bagel Bakery) as well as stops at some of Toronto’s most iconic places. Also in this issue:  an interview with author Haruki Murakami, an interview with professional freeclimber Hirayama Yuji, aerial photography around the world as well as in Japan.
